1. in the subject write your paper submission number followed by the word 'my presentation,' and

2. in the body attach your presentation slides and your 15-minute presentation video using a file sharing service.

WHAT FILE SHARING SERVICE?

Use https://wetransfer.com/ as the file transfer service to send your 15-minute presentation video files since, if you will try to directly send your video using your email, its size will exceed the size limits.

When you are logged in to the transfer portal, please share your link to info.eammis@gmail.com and write in the message section your paper submission number.

VIDEO PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS: 

Your video presentations:

• should not exceed 15 minutes,

• be in a widescreen (16:9) format if possible, and

• in a typical file format (i.e. .mp4).
